Our final program is now under development. Please upload your paper by July 7th. We have a total of 553 accepted papers which include 10 Plenary talks, 31 Keynote talks, 249 regular oral talks and 263 posters. Approximately 30 submissions will be elevated to Keynote status and authors will be notified in early August.

Abstract status notices were mailed out on the 22nd. If you are expecting to hear about your submission and did not get an email, contact us immediately. Only CORRESPONDING AUTHORS will receive the notification - not co-authors.

All those who have been notified of an Accepted Abstract can now upload their final papers via the Paper Submission process (see the link on the left labelled FINAL PAPER SUBMISSION). ALL PARTICIPANTS MUST USE THE LINK TO COMPLETE AN IEEE COPYRIGHT TRANSFER and to replace their Abstract. Please complete this process on or before July 7th.

Dr. Peter Staecker, President of the IEEE in 2013, and one of only 3 Life Members of the IEEE Microwave Theory and Techniques Society, will open our Monday Plenary session. You won't want to miss him!

Due to the larger than expected number of Abstracts received (661) we are having a bit of trouble getting all the reviewing completed on our originally planned schedule. We have therefore extended the date at which we will notify authors of their paper status by one week to Friday, May 23rd. We are very sorry for the delay. We hope to have the assigned paper slots (oral or poster) also sorted by this date. We appreciate your patience.

If you require a customized invitation letter for a U.S. VISA application, please go to our Abstract Submission page (link below) and log in using your supplied ID and password. You will be able to generate and download the letter.
