The 2007 IRMMW-THz conference was held in Cardiff, Wales from September 2-7. The conference is now finished but the web site will remain active for several months. You are welcome to download a zip folder with the Conference Digest (160mB) for a limited period.

The 2009 IRMMW-THz conference site will be held in Busan, Korea from September 21-25. A link to the conference planning site will be placed here when it is available.

*2010 CONFERENCE*
This conference will be held in Rome, Italy between Sept. 6-10.

*2011 CONFERENCE in North America*
Those who wish to propose sites and venues for the 2011 IRMMW-THz conference to be held in North America should plan to attend the 2008 confernce in Pasadena to present a 5-10 minute plan for hosting the event. This will be followed by a one page proposal in PDF format to the International Organizing Committee chair, on or before January 1st, 2009. The proposal should contain the following information:
1. Venue (or city) and suggested dates (month/days)
2. Members of the local organizing committee (preliminary)
3. Official sponsoring organization (if any, i.e. university, laboratory, company, etc.)
4. Access to/from the nearest international airport
5. Meeting room facilities (number, seating capacity, etc.)
6. Local Accommodations (number and rates of hotels, etc.)
7. Merits of the location (social program, sightseeing, shopping, etc.)
8. Others pertinent information that would help in the decision process

 

 

The 2008 IRMMW-THz conference will be held in Pasadena, California, USA, from September 15-19.

Abstracts submission is now closed. 550 papers were received from 33 countries. Reviews have been completed and acceptance letters and assigned session slots will be mailed out shortly.
