We present a photoconductive terahertz detector that is compatible with Ytterbium-doped fiber lasers, which operate around 1 Ãff,Ãf,Ã,µm optical wavelengths. We demonstrate pulsed terahertz detection over a 4.2 THz bandwidth with up to a 95 dB dynamic range.
