A Thermal-Insensitive Multi-layer Metamaterial AbsorberPoster (MATL-P3)

In this paper, a thermal-insensitive multi-layer metamaterial absorber is proposed. The design is composed of two-layer of different InSb resonant patterns, two-layer of SiC dielectric substrates and a metallic ground plane. The simulation results show that the resonant frequency of the proposed structure shifts only 0.74 GHz as well as the efficient absorption band has a slightly decrease of 3.94% when temperature increasing from 300 K to 700 K. These results demonstrate that this metamaterial absorber can be applied in the environment with great heat change.
