The often unique responses of materials to mm-wave and THz radiation mean that imaging at these frequencies is of great interest in research and industry alike. To this end, we have designed and demonstrated a single-pixel near-field mm-wave imaging system that is capable of resolving subwavelength features in biological tissues in a few seconds.
