Local Accommodations
A substantial block of rooms has been reserved at the Pasadena Hilton at an exceptionally good rate. Additional rooms at a reduced rate will also be available on a first-come first-serve basis at two other participating hotels in the local area. Attendees are encouraged to utilize these facilities. Transportation to/from the campus and the Hilton hotel is planned. A map showing these hotel locations, conference sites (and a few other nearby facilities) can be found here. Special Housing Opportunity for Students:
Caltech is offering a small number of double/triple rooms (5) in a local house within a five minute walk from the campus. The house has 4 shared baths as well as a full kitchen. The rooms are available on a first come first serve basis for $60 per day per person. If you are interested please contact our general secretary Nuria Juan (nuria@caltech.edu) to make the reservation. Please indicate a preferred room mate if you have one, otherwise one will be assigned on a gender matching basis.

Parking at Caltech
We are planning to provide a shuttle bus from the Hilton/Sheraton to the Caltech campus. Parking space at Caltech is limited but will be available for a fee of $3/day per vehicle. Daily and/or weekly permits can be purchased at registration. Visitors can use the lots on North Wilson, North of the Beckman Institute and on California Blvd. Pay stations (see $ symbols on Map of parking at Caltech below) can also be used for $5 per day without the need to purchase a permit. Note that no parking will be allowed in the Holliston garage.
