Welcome Reception – Sunday, September 17th
The welcome reception will take place on Sunday, September 17 from 5:30pm to 8:30pm, at the Centre Mont Royal. During the event, in-person attendees can register and obtain their badges. The conference welcome package can also be collected on Monday morning at the registration desk.
Conference Banquet – Wednesday, September 20th
The conference banquet is included with registration, and will be held at the historic Le Windsor Ballrooms. Conveniently located nearby to the conference center, just a few minute walk away. The dinner will involve passed hors d’oeuvres and full bar service, followed by a three-course plated dinner.
Excursion: Laurentian Mountain Fall Foliage Adventure
The excursion (fee not included in conference fee) is on Friday, September 22, in the afternoon after the closing of the conference. Round trip transportation from the Centre Mont Royal will be provided, and will take attendees to the Sentier des Cimes for a treetop walk with beautiful views of the Fall foliage. After a tour through the trees, a closing party and BBQ to follow.
