Prospective authors requiring a visa for travel to the United States are welcome to submit a 200-word abstract of their work (text-only) by January 1st, 2026. This short abstract will be evaluated by the TPC based on its fit to the conference scope and likelihood of the work (upon submission of a full abstract) being accepted for presentation at the conference. Upon this review, they will be provided with a preliminary acceptance and a visa letter.
