The Welcome Reception will take place on the 17th of August at 6 PM. The reception is hosted jointly with the City of Espoo, which will warmly welcome IRMMW-THz conference participants.
The Gala Dinner will take place on the 20th of August at 6:30 PM

Departure for excursions from Otakaari 1 at 13:30 (possibility to take the luggage along) and return to Otakaari 1 at approximately 18:15.
Excursions have minimum and maximum capacity limits.
Excursions are organised in parallel – each participant can choose only one.
Each excursion requires a minimum of 10 participants to take place.
We have space for only 100 participants on the social excursion. Spots will be given on a first-come, first-served basis, so be sure to register early!
